Lingshangjia is located in Lingshang Village, Hesheng Township, Yongjia County, located on the mountainside, about 3 kilometers from the entrance of the small Three Gorges in the Shiqiyan Scenic Area of the Suixi River. It is reported that as early as the Jiajing period of the Ming Dynasty, there were people here to flourish, and now there are still ancient villages with a history of more than 400 years. Visitors to Lingshang people know that crispy, tender, oily and not greasy roasted whole lamb is a local specialty. Every weekend, almost all 11 Lingshang people's farmhouses that can accommodate 1,000 people are full, and cars parked on the side of the road are several kilometers long. Jin Banggan, the head of a farmhouse, told us that the local roasted whole lamb is made of local goats and is roasted with unique recipes of charcoal.
